Winter Cancellation Policy (JULY TO OCTOBER)

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival no refund applies unless we are able to resell the entire length of your booking. This includes shortened stays after you arrive. No refund for no shows. Travel insurance is highly recommended

Summer Cancellation (NOVEMBER TO JUNE)

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of arrival no refund applies unless we are able to resell the entire length of your booking. This includes shortened stays after you arrive. No refund for no shows. Travel insurance is highly recommended

By making the booking you agree that you are personally liable for the payment of any charges or damages incurred by yourself or any of ypur guests while staying at this motel. In the event that there is a default on payment. You accept that you are liable for all costs associated with the collection of these debts.

Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Late Check-ins by prior arrangement fees may apply.

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement only and fees may apply.
